Dr. Abdo Husseiny, Chairman of the Board and CEO
Bio
Dr. Husseiny is the co-founder of TII and responsible for the management of technical operations and administration of the professional staff. As a senior engineer, Dr. Husseiny heads the innovative research, development, system analysis and engineering design operations of the Company.
Dr. Husseiny was an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Tulane University and served on the Advisory Committee of the Mechanical Engineering Department of University of New Orleans.
Prior to joining TII, Dr. Husseiny was a Senior Engineer and Division Manager of the Decision Analysis and Advanced Systems Division, Ames, IA, at Science Applications, Inc. (SAIC). He is a former Associate Professor of Nuclear Engineering at Iowa State University and was an Assistant Professor at both the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering, Carnegie-Mellon University and the Department of Materials and Nuclear Engineering, University of Missouri-Rolla. Dr. Husseiny served as a Visiting Scientist and Consultant at the T-Division, Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), a Visiting Professor at King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Husseiny served as Consultant for ITT and held different positions at various academic institutions and industries including Brown Boverie Werke (BBW), Vienna, Austria.
Dr. Husseiny received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 1969 with a minor in Mathematics and Physics. He also received a Diploma in Nuclear Safety from MIT in 1971. Over 200 technical articles and 11 books have been published. He patented over 12 inventions and authored numerous technical reports. Dr. Husseiny edits the Desalination International Journal and the Pergamon Press Series on Water Resources. He has been interviewed by numerous newspapers, radio and television stations. He has received numerous community service awards, technical awards and is listed in various Who's Who documents.

A serial entrepreneur who has established and built businesses globally to grow and flourish. Hazem goes above and beyond to create forward-thinking solutions to solve everyday problems that meet and far exceed expectations. He is strategic leader with a proven record of engineering and architecting solutions that align with objectives and meet the needs of its customers.
Hazem holds a bachelor’s in Computer Sciences and another in Biological Sciences. Hazem is a public speaker, board member on a number of enterprises, start-up and business advisor to executives and private equity investors.

Lindsay Millet, International Project Manager
Bio
Ms. Millet is the International Projects Manager at TII. She has completed projects on the effects of philanthropy on human development and the establishment of e-universities. Her future project include research on teleworking, e-government, and medical schools.
Ms. Millet is an alumni of Southeastern Louisiana University where she received a degree in General Business with an International Business concentration and minors in Italian and Management. She has also studied Fashion, French, and Spanish, and studied abroad in Quebec, Canada and Rome, Italy.
She has been previously employed as an intern at the Walt Disney World Co., an event planner for a nonprofit organization, and as a volunteer at a local hospital.

Christy Erb, CFO and Auditor
Bio
Ms. Erb is a CPA with expertise in development of business plans, audits, and financial statements. Ms. Erb Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (1980) from Baylor University, Waco, TX. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive, LA. She attended several continuing education functions, including: the Society of Louisiana CPA's Louisiana Government Accounting and Auditing Conference.
Ms. Erb is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, and Louisiana Association of Hospitality Accountants.
Ms. Erb has developed business plans and quarterly financial statements for TII-VA.
Ms. Erb's principal field of experience is business planning, administration and supervision of audit and accounting engagements for a variety of industries and businesses, including of contractors, manufacturers, savings and loan associations, banks, law offices, governmental agencies, insurance companies, service companies and hotels and hospitals.
Ms. Erb's experience includes: audit of the various funds of St. James Parish Council, St. John The Baptist Parish Council, St. John Consolidated Sewerage District, St. John The Baptist Parish Utilities, and St. James Parish Water and Gas Distribution System; and audits of Revenue Bond Funds of Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, Tulane University Medical Center, and New Orleans Parking Facility for the Health Education Authority of Louisiana.
Ms. Erb spent three years with a national public accounting firm in New Orleans upon graduation from college. Joined Dixie Savings as Assistant Controller for one year and half. Returned to public accounting in July 1984 with Pannell Kerr Forster and remained with Charlet and Smith when they acquired the practice in November 1985.
